Koronavirüs (Covid-19) pandemisi ile beraber olumlu olumsuz birçok gelişme küresel olarak tüm dünyada, 2020 yılının başından itibaren yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda Endüstri 4.0 sürecinin bir parçası olan teknolojik gelişmeler ve dijitale geçiş entegrasyonu, lojistikte olduğu gibi tedarik zincirine de değer kazandırmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı; Endüstri 4.0 devrimini detaylıca incelemek ve bu devrimin lojistik sektörüne getireceği yenilikleri Covid 19 sürecinin etkisiyle birlikte ortaya koymaktır. Endüstri 4.0’ın lojistik sektörüne etkileri hakkında farkındalık yaratacağı ve sektörden alınan güncel uygulamalar ile yeni bir bakış açısı ortaya koyacağı düşünülmektedir. Çalışmada ayrıca Covid 19 sürecinde dijitalleşmenin lojistik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmeleri iş süreçleri açısından nasıl etkilediği, ilerleyen zamanlarda oluşabilecek olumlu olumsuz etkilerinin neler olabileceği incelenmiştir. Bu sorulara cevap oluşturmak amacıyla, soru listesi hazırlanmış ve nitel araştırma türlerinden derinlemesine mülakat tekniği kullanarak, lojistik sektöründen alanında uzman bir yöneticiyle görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş, sonuçlar değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.

With the coronavirus(Covid-19) pandemic, many positive and negative developments have started to be experienced globally since the beginning of 2020. In this context, technological developments and digital transition integration, which are a part of the Industry 4.0 process, have added value in the supply chain as in logistics. The main purpose of the study is; To examine the Industry 4.0 revolution in detail and to reveal the innovations that this revolution will bring to the logistics industry with the effect of the Covid 19 process.It is thought that Industry 4.0 will create awareness about the effects of the logistics sector and will reveal a new perspective with the current applications taken from the sector. The study also examined how digitalization in the Covid 19 process affects businesses operating in the logistics sector in terms of business processes and what the positive and negative effects that may occur in the future. In order to answer these questions, a list of questions was prepared and a meeting was held with an expert manager from the logistics sector, using an in-depth interview technique, one of the qualitative research types, and the results were evaluated and interpreted.
