Mobbing, which is expressed as psychological harassment at the workplace, is often confronted as a situation that is frequently encountered in the health sector in recent years. Studies show that health care professionals are deliberately exposed to mobbing by 18 to 37%, 74 to 91% are exposed to one or more mobbing behaviors, and most of the employees are witnessing their colleagues in the workplace exposed to such behavior. Whether or not there is a gender effect in mobbing behaviors in workplace mobbing studies is still being debated. However, it is shown that most of the nurses are female due to the fact that women live more violent behaviors in health institutions than men. It is important to investigate the consumer behaviors of women health workers exposed to mobbing with each individual being a consumer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of mobbing on the non-rational compulsive consumer buying behavior that women's health workers are exposed to. The questionnaire prepared for this purpose was applied to 1604 women health workers on a voluntary basis. Regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of mobbingin on compulsive buying behavior. The result of the analysis made is that mobbingin has an effect on compulsive purchasing.
