The aim of this study is to develop standards for the accreditation of science teacher training programs and to review these processes. Survey (screening) method was used in this study. Qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques were used together. As quantitative data collection instrument, the 40 matter with 5 point a Likert-type scale developed by the researchers was used and the document analysis as qualitative data collection technique was used. The scale developed for this purpose was applied to a sample group of 300 people. The results of the literature review, between the years 1999-2016 in national and international database was screened and accessible to all the documents were included in the study. Also "Accreditation and Quality Standards Classification Form" developed by researchers at was subjected to analysis using descriptive content. According to the results, the standards for accreditation of science teacher training programs have been determined and processes have been identified.
